You will receive a mail when the package has been shipped.
You will also receive a tracking number wich you can follow online.

Is my chocolate guaranteed for melting in transport

A.

No, We pack our packages with the upmost care and attention. We pack all chocolate with thermal packaging.
Unfortunatly it does not always arrives in the best conditions.
We will hold shipments if we know they will not arrive in good condition and wait to ship your goods untill temperatures are ok.
We will always contact you via mail.

With wich company do you send your packages?

We ship all our packages with B-post. Other methods are available upon request. Do not hesitate to contact us.
